  • P:ear: Organization that provides a safe space, food, recreation, and mentorship through art, barista, and bike mechanic programs for youth who are experiencing homelessness and unstable housing.  

  • Salem Rainbow Youth: Rainbow Youth creates safe and welcoming spaces in Salem Oregon for LGBTQIA+ youth and their friends to find connection, support, and friendship.. 

  • SMYRC: Serves Portland Oregon’s queer and trans youth ages 13-24 through drop-in social support space, counseling, support groups and resource referral.

  • Triple Point: Serves youth 13-21 in Vancouver, WA. Provides a safe space, support, education and referral services. 


  • Trans Youth Care Collective: Building supportive communities for trans youth and their families.

  • TransActive Gender Project: Provides a holistic range of services and expertise to empower transgender and gender-expansive children, youth, and their families.TransActive is a program based at Lewis and Clark College. 

  • Bridge 13 Community Education Project: A program of SMYRC (Sexual and Gender Minority Youth Resource Center) at New Avenues for Youth. Bridge 13 education program provides LGBTQ equity trainings, workshops, and consultation for youth providers, social support staff, health professionals, businesses, educators and more. 

  • The Family Acceptance Project:  A research project that uses intervention, education and policy initiatives working to prevent mental health risks for LGBTQ children and youth in the context of their families, cultures and faith-based communities. 

  • Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN): Ensuring that every member of every school community is valued and respected regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression. 

  • Gender & Sexualities Alliance Network (GSA Network): Trans and queer youth uniting for racial and gender justice. 

  • Oregon Safe Schools & Communities Coalition: A public-private partnership in support of LGBTQ and questioning youth.

  • The Living Room: Serves queer and trans youth in Clackamas County. Community Center Drop-in held in Oregon City. A program of New Avenues for Youth.
