Jen Keung

Jen Keung is an Associate Attorney in the corporate and business transactions group at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. They assist clients on a range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and equity financings. In addition to serving on the Basic Rights Oregon Board, Jen is also an active member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, OGALLA and the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association. They are passionate about improving quality of life and access to justice for the LGBTQ+ community. In their free time, Jen enjoys snowboarding, hiking, traveling and spending quality time with their fluffy Siberian Husky.
