  • Cascade Aids Project: CAP is a non-profit offering full-spectrum services to test for HIV and assist those living with it. CAP also runs two healthcare clinics offering primary care, sexual healthcare, gender affirming care, and also offers behavioral health and substance use support services. 

  • Equi Institute: The Equi Institute’s mission is to empower and improve the health of the LGBTQI2S communities of the Pacific Northwest.

  • Legacy Health - Transgender Health Services: Legacy Health offers complete services for transition-related, primary, and specialty care in an affirming and welcoming environment.

  • Multnomah County STI Clinic: The STI clinic provides evaluation and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases (this can include a confidential HIV test).

  • Outside In: Health care and social services for youth experiencing homelessness and other marginalized people in downtown Portland and the surrounding community. Outside in has an LGBTQ-affirming medical clinic, transgender ID project to assist folks changing names and documentation, housing assistance, and community drop in center. 

  • Planned Parenthood of Columbia Willamette: Provides community education and sexual health education in addition to their healthcare and clinic services.

  • Portland Therapy Center: Portland Therapy Center is an online directory listing hundreds of local mental health practitioners that allows you to search by insurance type, specialty, and zip code.  Portland Therapy Center is a collective of Portland metro area mental health professionals.

  • Quest Center for Integrative Health: Provides multidisciplinary and integrative healthcare in a community-based setting to all people. Services include counseling, LGBTQ health services, HIV services, pain management, medical and wellness care, and recovery treatment. 

  • True Colors: True Colors is comprised of professionals that have lived experience with addiction and identifying a part of the LGBTQIA2s+ community. They provide free recovery mentor services, host recovery meetings and have a drop-in center located in North Portland.  

  • World Professional Association for Transgender Health: International organization that provides clinical guidance for health professionals to assist transgender and gender nonconforming patients.
